1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unworn & Unused: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.
  • Original Tags Attached: All original product tags must be attached and not removed or tampered with.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You must initiate your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Strict Policy on Swimwear & Hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, all swimwear is FINAL SALE.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any swimwear items if the hygiene seal is broken or if the garment has been tried on, worn, or immersed in water. Returns are only accepted for swimwear that arrives defective or damaged.

3. Process for Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Await Approval: Once we receive your request, our team will review it and provide you with further instructions and a Return Authorization if your item is eligible.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the eligible item(s) back to us at the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Swimwear with broken hygiene seals or any signs of wear or water immersion.
  • Any item with its original tag removed.
  • Items not in their original, unused condition.
  • Gift cards.
  • Final sale items (as marked on the product page).

5. Defective or Damaged Products

6. Exchanges
